Nicholas Felton’s Annual Report as “Paternal Report”
Ensemble: Creative visualizations from the meticulous, self-data-mining designer take the form of a “paternal” annual report accompanied by a double-sided poster and custom printed mailing label.
Print: Offset lithography for all pieces; foil stamping for report cover (front + back). We tested five satin gold foils to find the one with the best release on top of solid litho coverage. The foil plate is a jumbo 22 in. wide and weighs about 30 lbs.
Stock: Mohawk Superfine Ultrawhite Smooth Cover.
Finishing: Saddle-sewn binding. The red thread, barely noticeable on the spine, provides a great accent on the blue interior spreads.
